How does our authentic flow style define our range of expression and shape our prop practice? This workshop is an exploration of styles of movement, flow practice habits, and expression across the spectrum of the five wisdom energies, or five Buddha families, in the principles of Tibetan tantra and vajrayana Buddhism. This workshop will feature techniques for turning ‘stuck’ movement patterns into flow, while emphasizing each participant’s unique style of expression and appreciating the variety of flow experiences possible through object manipulation. Learn how to fine-tune your awareness to support yourself and your students in broadening dynamic range of movement and developing a practice as well-rounded as your hoop!”

“Making Fudge from Fundamentals:
This class will cement fundamentals of on-body hooping throughout the body (shoulders to the feet) and explore transitions between the realms of on-body hooping and off-body hooping. And we will absolutely fudge it all up… because fudge is awesome.”
